Error 64? For the wordpress iphone app? No more!

Finally! After missing part of a weekly video chat, and making faces for weeks at Wordpress forums… I have figured out why I was experiencing XML parsing errors that wouldn’t let me post to this blog from my handy dandy iPhone. I tried installing an rss feed fixit plugin, updated Wordpress and Wordpress app to the latest version, and even went line by line through the theme files to remove blank lines. Note: I was using coda to make the changes to php files.

The solution for me was to removed two extra blank lines at the end of my function.php file. This error only showed up in wordpress' editor. So note to future iPhone posters... Edit the php in Wordpress! (not coda or dreamweaver or BBEdit).
